Recruiting Contractor temporary assignment
I’m looking for one recruiting contractor, ASAP, for an approximate two month (10-15 hours per week) assignment.
One of Ontrack Management’s clients is a small and growing Portland, ME company. We’re recruiting for several positions for them and I’m looking for contract help for about two months (maybe more if they add more positions to our assignment). The type of help I’m most interested in is recruiting project/market research work, proactive candidate sourcing, and screening and dispositioning candidates. If you’re familiar LinkedIn’s RecruiterLite tool, that’s a plus. If you’ve recruited in entrepreneurial tech companies, that’s also a plus. But what’s most important is that you’re a resourceful HR professional who totally gets “hire for fit.”
Ontrack Management is based in Lexington, Kentucky, so we’d like a Portland area contractor for this assignment. This is a contract gig, so there’s good flexibility in terms of when the work is done within agreed to timelines.
