The People and Talent Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit, retain, develop, reward, and engage the Bank’s most important asset- its employees.  This role will champion the Bank’s inclusive work culture by ensuring that diverse perspectives, identities, and experiences are fully valued.  This role requires active community involvement to support the Bank’s Purpose to be a force for good in the lives we touch.





·         Develop innovative methods to source talented candidates for positions at all levels of the bank.


·         Collaborate with the Marketing team to create an engaging employment brand message and tell the story using various communication channels.


·         Partner with colleagues to continuously evaluate and optimize internal communications.

·         Provide tools, strategies, and guidance to managers and leadership on ways to elevate productivity, performance, and engagement.

·         Lead various projects that enhance the employee experience such as: leadership development, D&I, performance, recognition, wellness, and others.


·         Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback as the basis for data-driven recommendations and action plans that will further the Bank’s effort to remain an employer-of-choice.
