GoNetSpeed is seeking a Senior HR Generalist, reporting to the office in New Gloucester, ME.  There is also an option to report to the Bangor, ME office.

Requirements of the Sr. HR Generalist:  
5+ years of general HR experience with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
Additional experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems are ideal.
BA/BS is preferred but not required.
Supervisory experience or direct management experience.
Ability to commute to New Gloucester or Bangor, ME.

Benefits of the Job:  
Annual pay in the range of $78,000 – $88,000
15 days PTO plus 10 paid company holidays

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:  
Serves as a business partner and trusted advisor to the employees in Maine as well as most of New England, over 400 employees.
Lead and supervise members of the HR team.
Oversee and administer benefit plans, changes, adjustments and enrollment.
Handle all employee relations issues including conflicts, training, disciplinary actions, employment updates, policies and procedures.
Conducts employee and manager training on topics such as benefits, policies and procedures and prevention of harassment and discrimination.
Collaborate with SVP and Director of HR on department projects, policy updates and various projects across the region.
